Lifecycle
The standard flow is Draft → Planned → Assigned → Dispatched → Driver Accepted → At Pickup → Loaded → In Transit → At Delivery → Delivered.
Dispatch checklist
- Validate stops, windows, equipment, weight, and instructions.
- Assign qualified driver, truck, and trailer.
- Check conflicts, compliance, and available hours.
- Dispatch and confirm acceptance.
- Monitor exceptions and record material changes.
