Record supported updates during poor connectivity and verify queued synchronization.
Offline behavior
Supported updates queue on the device. Do not clear app storage while work is pending.
When service returns
- Open the app and remain online.
- Check the outbox or synchronization indicator.
- Wait for pending items to complete.
- Confirm each update appears once in the trip timeline.
- Contact dispatch if anything remains failed or duplicated.
